
The reigning 2010 Miss Rodeo Oklahoma
Princess, Taylor Spears, was born and raised in the heart of Oklahoma.
The Cleveland, Oklahoma native resides on the family farm with her
parents, Terry and Shirley and her big sister, Sarah. She enjoys
competing in horse shows, queen contests, pole bending, flags, barrel
racing and just about anything that involves a horse.
This busy 13 year old, is in Seventh Grade at Cleveland Middle School,
where she is on the Principal's Honor Roll and is the Student Council
Vice-President. When she is not attending Rodeos, or other horse events,
her activities include gymnastics, cheering the Cleveland Middle School
Tigers on as a cheerleader, and participating in 4H events, while
holding the office of President of her local 4H chapter for the last 2
years.
Last July, Representing the Enid Stampede Rodeo as their Princess, at
the state level, Taylor was blessed to bring home her current title.
Eight outstanding young ladies competed for the title and after the 4
day pageant, this proud cowgirl took home the crown, by winning the
Personality, Appearance, Horsemanship, Speech, Written Test and Miss
Congeniality categories.
Taylor is looking forward to traveling across the state, representing
the sport of rodeo this year.

The mission of the Oklahoma Rodeo Pageants Council, Inc. is to provide opportunities for the young women of Oklahoma to maximize their educational potential while promoting the state of Oklahoma through the sport of Rodeo.
